Coming back to tennis after not playing for many years, my game was in need of a lot of work. Coach Christopher at BBALE-78 and I set up targeted hitting sessions working on very specific aspects of my game weekly. He has had great suggestions for improvement and my game has come a long way over the 4+ years that we have worked together. Outside of bad weather, I don’t recall Coach Christopher at BBALE-78 ever not being able to make a session – he is one of the most reliable, honest, and dedicated professionals I have ever met. One thing that has always impressed me is that he really cares that BBALE-78 clients are achieving their goals. In addition to the time on the court, he always spends time discussing things afterward about the status of my game and what else he thinks I could add to my game or changes I could make to improve.

My children and I have grown leaps and bounds as tennis players under Coach Christopher's instruction. We were interested in finding a tennis instructor that would help us master the fundamentals of the game and make our time of instruction enjoyable. Coach Christopher has done both! Not only do we thoroughly enjoy our sessions, but Coach Christopher has helped develop our skills, improve our fitness, and increase our overall knowledge of tennis. This is true of my children who started at varying stages (ranging from preschool to elementary school) and me (a middle-aged mother). Coach Christopher is patient and gentle towards all of us, while still holding us accountable. Additionally, as a working mother, my schedule is jam-packed. Coach Christopher is flexible and works with us to find a time that works best. As my children get older, they're involved in more activities and maintain a more rigid schedule. However, no matter how hectic or busy our schedules become, we try to make tennis lessons a priority. They're absolutely worth it!

I highly recommend my tennis coach at BBALE-78. He’s doing an outstanding job helping me elevate my tennis game in a very practical and effective way. What I appreciate most is his approach — instead of rebuilding everything from scratch, he focuses on identifying exactly what needs to be fixed and works on those areas with precision. He has a sharp eye for spotting technical and tactical issues that actually hold you back, and he addresses them directly. Each session feels purposeful, efficient, and tailored to real improvement rather than generic drills. You can clearly see progress because the coaching is targeted and intelligent.

My daughter who is now 16 first started lessons with BBALE-78 's Coach Christopher when she was 13. When we first started lessons my daughter did not have any of her form correct. She had tennis elbow due to improper form. The previous year in her 7th grade season she was ranked at the bottom of the team. Right before her 8th grade year her lessons began with BBALE-78 's Coach Christopher. Not only did her pain go away but she made the team ranked way closer to the top. By her freshman year she made the team as a varsity player. BBALE-78 's Coach Christopher was so great with her that eventually he started coaching my son who was 9 when he started. He is now 11 and quite impressive. As a coach, Christopher is not afraid to be strict when needed but also loves to make tennis fun. He is so good at adapting to both of my children's personalities. He is super conscious of safety. He is always prompt to lessons and only cancels if weather becomes an issue. He is professional and kind. He not only coaches the kids but also teaches them to take part in their growth in game play.
